Introduction

• You have not previously been self-excluded from fortune33 or had a fortune33 account terminated for breach of these Terms.

Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) active fortune33 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, device identifiers or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

All information provided during fortune33 account registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms. You must notify fortune33 of any change to your registered details within 14 days of the change occurring.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your fortune33 account. fortune33 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any available two-factor authentication. You must notify fortune33 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Deposits and Payments

fortune33 facilitates deposits in MYR through a range of approved Malaysian payment channels including, but not limited to, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX online banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) and eligible credit or debit cards. Supported cryptocurrency options are also available to verified users subject to the minimum fiat-equivalent deposit thresholds displayed at the time of transaction.

• All deposit payment accounts or instruments must be registered in the name of the fortune33 account holder. Third-party payment methods are not permitted.
• fortune33 does not charge an internal processing fee for standard deposits, however your bank, eWallet provider or card issuer may apply their own transaction fees independently.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and per method. These figures are displayed in the fortune33 payment interface and may be updated periodically.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on fortune33 are subject to identity verification (KYC) being fully completed and approved. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. fortune33 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–5 business days, subject to volume, verification status and payment method. fortune33 will communicate any delays through the account dashboard or support channels.

• fortune33 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal if the account has outstanding bets, active bonuses with incomplete wagering, or pending KYC review.

User Conduct

All Users must conduct themselves in a lawful, respectful and good-faith manner when using fortune33. You agree not to:

• Collude with other players or coordinate betting activity to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other users.

Where a legitimate account balance exists at the time of closure due to breach, fortune33 may withhold funds pending investigation. Where closure is initiated voluntarily by the User or due to inactivity, any verified outstanding balance will be returned via the User's registered payment method after applicable deductions are confirmed.

Responsible Gambling
